Sue’s client list includes many of the Fortune 500 along with some of the world’s leading academic, professional services, and not-for-profit organizations. Immediately prior to establishing her own firm, Sue led the Portals, Collaboration, and Content Management practice at Dell Professional Services. Sue has more than 30 years of experience as a technology consultant, holding leadership positions at Dell, Plural, and American Management Systems, Inc (AMS). Sue is a frequent writer and speaker on the topics of governance, user adoption, information architecture, building communities of practice and measuring the value of knowledge management and portal investments.
